Adeh sakit cikt betis me nie lepas balik dri gym.. mcm nielah k’hidupan me sjk k’blkngn nie..balik kje terus g gym.. lepak s’org2 lak tu kat gym :roll: kalau dlu, lepak s’org kat gym lam 5-10 minit je me b’tahn coz malu :oops: x de org pun, me  nk malu :lol: Gym yg me g nie mmg jarang ramai org, sllunya me s’org je syok sdri excrse kat gym tu :D   Depan gym nie ada swmngpool, wndunya me nk g swmng ngn kwn2 (manalah kwn2 me nie m’hilng :neutral: )

Treadmill nie lah tempat lepak me s’lama 60 minit..leh tahan lama mcm tu coz ada tv :lol:

Tadi me leh wat sampai 3.7Km, cikit je tapi me bangga leh capai sampai angka tu, tahniah2 Cik Farra :D

Lepas Treadmill, me g wat excrse yg nie lak..dh lupa pe nama bnda nie..me main 1 besi je wat sampai 100 kali :D ringan je 1 besi tu :lol:

Lepas g gym g sauna lak, sllu me kejap je lepak sauna nie kne satu kali asap dh kuar bilik :lol:

Sbnrnya kan me nie baru last week start g Gym tapi crte mcm dh lama kan :lol:

p/s: me nie penat tapi nak gak post entry pasni nak g round skndg2 blog2 org lak :D
